Desert hyacinth

Native

Commonly known as પીળો જોગીડો.

A genuinely strange plant: Desert Hyacinth has no chlorophyll at all and can't photosynthesise, so it survives entirely by tapping into the roots of desert shrubs as a parasite. It's also rare and endangered, so spotting one in the wild is a real find.
